You need to update to the latest version of WebView 123.0.2420.65 If you have made the Settings.config settings, you need to change them to [EPLAN] useWebView2=true ************************************************************************************* We can provide 3 workarounds for you: - Use the "Sign in later" button if you do not need EPLAN Cloud. - Use the Login for 30 days function 1. activate the "Login for 30 days" checkbox when logging in 2. select your organisation 3. close the window 4. after EPLAN has started, start EPLAN again - now it works - Change settings to bypass Under %programdata%\EPLAN\ELC in the Settings.config file, make the following entry: [EPLAN] useWebView2=false If the file does not exist, create it. Restart the platform after saving.
